In April 2019 we welcomed new team member, Chris Park, to Panacea. Chris spent 30 years at L&G Group, with the latter years as Head of Planning (Intermediary Division), followed by 4 years at Equifax Touchstone. There he helped Panacea enhance our CRM system. We continue to work very closely with Equifax Touchstone, whose data and systems Chris knows inside out both from a client & provider aspect.

In addition to using Touchstone for data analysis, the Panacea database is cleaned and independently verified by AUTUS Data Services ensuring ‘Registered Individual’ information is regularly refreshed across the entire CF & SF function range.

Consequently, with Chris on board, Panacea can now create data sets from our CRM that interrogate both Equifax Touchstone Data and FCA data enabling us to design customised data sets for a wide range of client potential that is not available elsewhere.
